Among the other duties the notary public I advise the parties in all fields of preventive justice. Therefore my competence as a notary public includes the advice and representation as well as the drafting of contracts in all areas of law. I am also regularly taking over the fiduciary safekeeping of money and valuables. As a notary public I can therefore draw up documents in various fields. My responsibilities include for example the following areas:

notarization of oaths and affirmations in lieu of oath (this includes affidavits), acknowledgments of debt and submission to immediate enforcement.

conduction of auctions and raffles.

recording of inventories of assets and the notarization of bill and cheque protests.

issuing of fact certificates and certificates of existence and representation.
Due to their impartial public position, notaries also often used by testators as executors of legal estates or are appointed as a mediator.
